液氦溫區(qū)VM-PT制冷機氣量分配特性

【摘要】:VM氣耦合脈沖管制冷機(VM-PT)是一種新型的液氦溫區(qū)制冷機,為探索兩級氣耦合復(fù)雜的機理,本文采用Sage軟件構(gòu)建了低溫調(diào)相VM-PT制冷機的整機模擬程序,研究了運行頻率、平均壓力、毛細(xì)管長度以及Er3Ni填充長度等參數(shù)對兩級氣量分配的影響。結(jié)果表明:運行頻率、平均W'力、毛細(xì)管長度以及Er3Ni填充長度均會影響兩級質(zhì)量流的分配,進而影響制冷機的最低溫度,權(quán)衡工質(zhì)的做工能力以及蓄冷器損失兩方面因素,該四個參數(shù)均存在一個最佳值。搭建了實驗平臺并對數(shù)值模擬進行了驗證。在實驗中通過優(yōu)化毛細(xì)管和蓄冷器,在運行頻率1.6 Hz、平均壓力1.4 MPa、壓比1.6的情況下得到了3.86 K的無負(fù)荷制冷溫度,在4.2 K可提供約10 m W的制冷量。
[Abstract]:VM coupled pulse tube refrigerator (VM-PT) is a new type of liquid-helium temperature range refrigerator. In order to explore the complicated mechanism of two-stage gas coupling, the simulation program of low-temperature phase-modulated VM-PT refrigerator is constructed by using Sage software, and the operating frequency is studied. The effects of average pressure, capillary length and Er3Ni filling length on the distribution of two-stage gas flow are studied. The results show that the distribution of two-stage mass flow is affected by the operating frequency, the average W' force, the capillary length and the filling length of Er3Ni. Thus affecting the minimum temperature of the refrigerator, weighing the working capacity of the refrigerant and the loss of the accumulator, The four parameters have an optimum value. The experimental platform is built and the numerical simulation is verified. In the experiment, the capillary tube and the condenser are optimized. When the operating frequency is 1.6 Hz, the average pressure is 1.4 MPA and the pressure ratio is 1.6, the no-load refrigeration temperature of 3.86 K is obtained, and the refrigerating capacity of about 10 MW at 4.2 K is obtained.
