基于鄰域總變分和勢(shì)直方圖函數(shù)的高分辨率遙感影像建筑物提取

【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)在的高分辨率遙感影像建筑物識(shí)別與提取方法存在的準(zhǔn)確率低及數(shù)據(jù)要求嚴(yán)格等問(wèn)題,提出一種基于鄰域總變分(NTV)和勢(shì)直方圖函數(shù)(PHF)的方法。首先,計(jì)算遙感影像各像元的加權(quán)鄰域總變分似然函數(shù)取值,并進(jìn)行區(qū)域生長(zhǎng)分割,將矩形度和長(zhǎng)寬比作為約束條件提取候選建筑物;然后,進(jìn)行陰影自動(dòng)提取;最后,利用數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)學(xué)對(duì)陰影進(jìn)行處理,計(jì)算處理后的陰影和候選建筑物之間的鄰接關(guān)系得到建筑物,并用最小外接矩形對(duì)其邊界進(jìn)行擬合。為了驗(yàn)證所提算法的有效性,選取深圳市PLEIADES影像中9幅具有代表性的子影像進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所提方法的平均查準(zhǔn)率和平均查全率分別達(dá)到97.71%和84.21%,與水平集和基于顏色不變性特征兩種建筑物提取方法相比,在總體性能F_1上具有10%以上的提高。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and strict data requirement in the present building recognition and extraction methods of high resolution remote sensing images, a new method based on neighborhood total variation (NTV) and potential histogram function (PHF) is proposed. The weighted neighborhood total variational likelihood function of each pixel of remote sensing image is calculated, and the region growing segmentation is carried out. The rectangular degree and aspect ratio are used as constraints to extract candidate buildings. Then, shadow is automatically extracted. In order to verify the validity of the proposed algorithm, the shadow is processed by mathematical morphology, the adjacent relation between the shadow and the candidate building is calculated, and the boundary is fitted with the smallest outer rectangle. Nine representative sub-images of Shenzhen PLEIADES image are selected for experiment. The experimental results show that, The average precision rate and average recall rate of the proposed method are 97.71% and 84.21, respectively. Compared with the two building extraction methods based on the level set and color invariance feature, the proposed method has more than 10% improvement in overall performance.
