硬件產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)階段缺陷形成機(jī)理及其控制研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)缺陷形成于設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,任一階段處理不當(dāng)都會(huì)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的功能和性能產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響,從而產(chǎn)生設(shè)計(jì)缺陷。設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)過(guò)程的概念設(shè)計(jì)階段,對(duì)產(chǎn)品最終質(zhì)量的形成起到?jīng)Q定性作用,可能導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的功能缺陷和結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷。本文從技術(shù)和管理的角度,定性和定量?jī)煞矫嫦嘟Y(jié)合全面分析了硬件產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)階段缺陷與缺陷因素間的關(guān)系,并提出了概念設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的評(píng)估方法和控制措施。 論文首先對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的定義入手,,分析了硬件產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)模式,從過(guò)程管理的角度分析了概念設(shè)計(jì)階段缺陷的形成機(jī)理;詳細(xì)研究了硬件產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的各基本設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng),并運(yùn)用過(guò)程方法的思想,分析概念設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中各活動(dòng)的輸入、輸出、轉(zhuǎn)換活動(dòng)所需資源和所處環(huán)境、監(jiān)測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)等六要素,即概念設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的影響因素,通過(guò)概念設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)與影響因素的關(guān)系構(gòu)建設(shè)計(jì)缺陷過(guò)程要素模型,并通過(guò)模糊層次分析法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行定量描述。從設(shè)計(jì)缺陷形成過(guò)程的角度,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)間不同的時(shí)序關(guān)系,分析了設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)內(nèi)和活動(dòng)間的缺陷,最終確定設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)對(duì)概念設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的影響程度,并以手持式打釘機(jī)的部分概念活動(dòng)為例,驗(yàn)證該評(píng)估方法的有效性和可行性。以此為基礎(chǔ),從設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程層次和功能層次建立了硬件產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)缺陷控制管理體系結(jié)構(gòu),基于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,從活動(dòng)本身和活動(dòng)間關(guān)系兩方面提出了硬件產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的控制管理模式。 論文研究給出了基于過(guò)程方法的硬件產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)階段缺陷的結(jié)構(gòu)模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了概念設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)與缺陷因素的定性和定量研究,從設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)的角度對(duì)概念設(shè)計(jì)缺陷評(píng)估,為設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的預(yù)防和控制提供科學(xué)決策。
[Abstract]:Product design defects are formed in the design process, any stage of improper handling will have a different degree of impact on the function and performance of the product, resulting in design defects. Play a decisive role in the formation of final product quality, may lead to product functional defects and structural defects. The relationship between defects and defect factors in conceptual design stage of hardware products is analyzed in both qualitative and quantitative aspects, and the evaluation method and control measures of conceptual design defects are put forward. Firstly, the definition of product design defect is introduced, and the hardware product design and development mode is analyzed, and the forming mechanism of the defect in conceptual design stage is analyzed from the point of view of process management. The basic design activities in the process of conceptual design of hardware products are studied in detail, and the input, output, resource and environment of each activity in the process of conceptual design are analyzed by using the idea of process method. Six factors, such as monitoring and evaluation, namely the influencing factors of conceptual design defects, are used to construct the process factors model of design defects through the relationship between conceptual design activities and influencing factors. From the point of view of the forming process of design defects, according to the different time series relations between design activities, the defects within and between design activities are analyzed. Finally determine the influence of design activities on conceptual design defects, and take some conceptual activities of hand-held nail machine as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation method. The architecture of defect control management in hardware product design is established from the level of design process and function, which is based on the relevance of product design activities. The control management mode of hardware product design defect is put forward from two aspects: activity itself and the relationship between activities. In this paper, the structural model of the defects in the conceptual design stage of hardware products based on the process method is presented, and the qualitative and quantitative study of the conceptual design activities and defect factors is realized. The defects of conceptual design are evaluated from the point of view of the design activities. Provides the scientific decision for the design flaw prevention and control.
