基于CFD的入口節(jié)流型滑閥穩(wěn)態(tài)液動(dòng)力研究

【摘要】:利用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)(CFD)方法,針對(duì)入口節(jié)流出口無(wú)節(jié)流的滑閥閥內(nèi)流動(dòng)方式,進(jìn)行了液動(dòng)力特性研究。給出了網(wǎng)格細(xì)分的規(guī)則,以及根據(jù)流場(chǎng)計(jì)算結(jié)果提取液動(dòng)力的方法。計(jì)算了閥芯環(huán)形腔截面面積、環(huán)形腔長(zhǎng)度、出口尺寸及角度、閥口開(kāi)度等不同滑閥結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和工作條件下,入口節(jié)流出口無(wú)節(jié)流流動(dòng)方式液動(dòng)力的變化規(guī)律,分析了其液動(dòng)力變化的內(nèi)在機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果揭示了該種流動(dòng)方式下液動(dòng)力的復(fù)雜變化規(guī)律,為滑閥的分析和設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, the hydrodynamic characteristics of a sliding valve with no throttling at the inlet and outlet are studied. The mesh subdivision rules are given. And the method of extracting fluid power according to the result of flow field calculation. The structure parameters and working conditions of valve core ring cavity, such as section area, ring cavity length, outlet size and angle, valve opening, etc., are calculated. The internal mechanism of the fluid dynamic change is analyzed. The research results reveal the complex variation law of the fluid power under this flow mode, which provides a reference for the analysis and design of the slide valve.
