肌醇生產(chǎn)中離子交換樹脂凈化工藝的研究

【摘要】:在以脫脂米糠為原料提取肌醇的工藝中,用離子交換樹脂吸附植酸,再用Na OH溶液洗脫,得到植酸鈉溶液,采用植酸酶陽離子激活提高酶活后催化植酸鈉水解,獲得肌醇溶液。對肌醇溶液采用離子交換樹脂凈化,既可淡化產(chǎn)品顏色,又能有效去除各種雜質(zhì)離子。研究表明,用階梯式陽、陰、陰、混合樹脂柱進(jìn)行離子交換,凈化效果理想,樹脂再生易行。交換液的流速為300~400 m L/min。
[Abstract]:In the process of extracting inositol from defatted rice bran, phytic acid was adsorbed by ion exchange resin, then eluted with NaOH solution to obtain sodium phytate solution. Inositol solution was obtained. The ion exchange resin was used to purify the inositol solution, which can not only desalinate the color of the product, but also effectively remove all kinds of impurity ions. The purification effect is ideal and the resin regeneration is easy. The flow rate of the exchange solution is 300 m / L / min.
