葉頂端板結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)小型軸流風(fēng)扇靜特性和噪聲的影響

【摘要】:小型軸流風(fēng)扇作為電子產(chǎn)品重要的散熱部件,其通風(fēng)性能將嚴(yán)重影響產(chǎn)品的散熱效果和使用壽命,產(chǎn)生的氣動(dòng)噪聲也會(huì)對(duì)人們的工作環(huán)境造成負(fù)面影響。因此,對(duì)小型軸流風(fēng)扇的性能進(jìn)行研究具有重要的工程意義。本文在小型軸流風(fēng)扇的基礎(chǔ)上,沿扇葉壓力面添加葉頂端板;用數(shù)值模擬的方法研究了葉頂端板寬度和弦向長(zhǎng)度對(duì)風(fēng)扇靜特性、噪聲和內(nèi)部流動(dòng)特性的影響;并對(duì)原型風(fēng)扇和降噪效果最好的改型風(fēng)扇進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試。論文的主要內(nèi)容和成果如下:(1)以小型軸流風(fēng)扇為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用逆向工程建立風(fēng)扇的三維幾何模型;在扇葉壓力面沿弦向添加葉頂端板,得到帶不同寬度和弦向長(zhǎng)度葉頂端板的改型風(fēng)扇;簡(jiǎn)述了計(jì)算域的劃分、數(shù)值模擬方法和噪聲預(yù)測(cè)模型的選擇。(2)設(shè)計(jì)了不同寬度的葉頂端板和不同弦向長(zhǎng)度的葉頂端板,分析原型風(fēng)扇和改型風(fēng)扇的靜特性和內(nèi)部流動(dòng)特性,結(jié)果表明:添加葉頂端板在一定程度上會(huì)降低風(fēng)扇的靜特性,對(duì)風(fēng)扇的通風(fēng)性能有負(fù)面影響。葉頂端板可以增加風(fēng)扇出口面下游空氣的流速,減少葉頂區(qū)域附近渦的產(chǎn)生,在一定程度上改善葉頂區(qū)域的內(nèi)部流動(dòng)狀況。(3)設(shè)計(jì)了不同寬度的葉頂端板和不同弦向長(zhǎng)度的葉頂端板,分析原型風(fēng)扇和改型風(fēng)扇的噪聲特性,結(jié)果表明:帶2 mm寬度葉頂端板的改型風(fēng)扇在遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)處噪聲較原型風(fēng)扇噪聲降低1.2 dB,為本研究中最佳的葉頂端板寬度。帶4/5弦向長(zhǎng)度葉頂端板的改型風(fēng)扇在遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)處的噪聲較原型風(fēng)扇噪聲降低2.4 dB,為本研究中最佳的葉頂端板弦向長(zhǎng)度。添加葉頂端板對(duì)風(fēng)扇近場(chǎng)的降噪沒(méi)有積極效果。(4)對(duì)原型風(fēng)扇和添加2 mm寬度、4/5弦向長(zhǎng)度葉頂端板的改型風(fēng)扇進(jìn)行靜特性和噪聲測(cè)試。靜特性測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,改型風(fēng)扇的靜特性略低于原型風(fēng)扇;噪聲測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,改型風(fēng)扇遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)噪聲較原型風(fēng)扇遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)噪聲明顯下降。實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果與數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果吻合,說(shuō)明數(shù)值模擬具有一定的可靠性。
[Abstract]:As an important heat dissipation component of electronic products, the ventilation performance of small axial fan will seriously affect the heat dissipation effect and service life of the product, and the aerodynamic noise will also have a negative impact on the working environment of people. It is of great engineering significance to study the performance of small axial flow fan. In this paper, the blade top plate is added along the blade pressure surface on the basis of small axial flow fan. The effects of the width and chord length of the blade tip plate on the static characteristics, noise and internal flow characteristics of the fan are studied by numerical simulation. The prototype fan and the modified fan with the best noise reduction effect are tested. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: 1) taking the small axial fan as the research object, the 3D geometry model of the fan is established by reverse engineering. A modified fan with different width and length of blade tip plate was obtained by adding blade top plate along the chord direction to the fan pressure surface, and the division of calculation domain was briefly described. Numerical simulation method and noise prediction model selection. 2) the tip plate with different width and the blade tip plate with different chord length are designed, and the static and internal flow characteristics of the prototype fan and modified fan are analyzed. The results show that the static characteristics of the fan will be reduced to some extent and the fan ventilation will be negatively affected by adding the blade top plate. The blade top plate can increase the flow velocity of the downstream air at the outlet of the fan and reduce the vortex generation near the top area of the fan. To some extent, to improve the internal flow condition in the top area of the blade, the tip plate with different width and the blade top plate with different chord length are designed, and the noise characteristics of the prototype fan and the modified fan are analyzed. The results show that the noise of the modified fan with 2 mm width blade tip plate is 1.2 dB lower than that of the prototype fan in the far field, which is the best blade top plate width in this study. The modified fan with 4/5 chord length blade tip plate is located in the far field. The noise of the fan is 2.4 dB lower than that of the prototype fan, which is the best chord length of the blade tip plate in this study. The addition of the blade tip plate has no positive effect on the noise reduction of the fan in the near field. 4) for the prototype fan and for the fan with 2 mm width and 4 / 5 chord length, the effect of the blade top plate on the noise reduction in the near field is not positive. The static characteristics and noise of the modified fan of the top plate are tested. The static characteristic of the modified fan is slightly lower than that of the prototype fan, and the noise test results show that the far field noise of the modified fan is obviously lower than that of the prototype fan, and the experimental results are in agreement with the numerical simulation results. It shows that numerical simulation has certain reliability.
