【摘要】：廣義模塊是參數(shù)化產(chǎn)品平臺的基本組成元素之一,能有效支持產(chǎn)品變型設(shè)計和大批量定制設(shè)計.為解決非同構(gòu)類廣義模塊工藝及功能相似性和變化規(guī)律等問題,提出一種針對參數(shù)化產(chǎn)品平臺中非同構(gòu)類廣義模塊的工藝及功能相似性分析方法,以有效從產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)中挖掘隱含的設(shè)計知識與工藝資源.首先對廣義模塊的主特征參數(shù)尺度的變化范圍進行識別,建立特征向量,并對非同構(gòu)類中不同尺度范圍的參數(shù)進行一致化處理;然后基于主特征參數(shù)向量匹配比較,提出廣義模塊工藝及功能相似性分析方法,并建立相似性存儲表.基于閥門數(shù)據(jù)進行實例分析,驗證了該方法的有效性.
[Abstract]:Generalized module is one of the basic components of parameterized product platform. It can effectively support product variant design and mass customization design. A process and function similarity analysis method for non-isomorphic generalized modules of parameterized product platform is proposed. In order to effectively mine the hidden design knowledge and process resources from the product data, firstly, the variation range of the main characteristic parameter scale of the generalized module is identified, and the feature vector is established. The parameters of different scales in the nonisomorphism class are uniformly processed, and then based on the matching and comparison of the principal characteristic parameter vectors, the generalized module process and the functional similarity analysis method are proposed. The similarity storage table is established and the validity of this method is verified by an example based on valve data.
