基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的集配中心MiIk Run物流實時車輛調(diào)度系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:工業(yè)園區(qū)是多企業(yè)集聚而成,以資源及服務(wù)共享為特點的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。其中,由工業(yè)園區(qū)集配中心(Supply Hub in Industrial Park, SHIP)以Milk Run物流模式面向園區(qū)多企業(yè)提供的公共倉庫及公共車隊物流服務(wù)是第三方物流運營商為緩解園區(qū)土地、車輛運輸?shù)荣Y源壓力提出的一種集成化公共物流運作模式。Milk Run物流是用同一貨運車輛到園區(qū)多企業(yè)進行循環(huán)取配貨的操作模式。其高頻次、小批量、準(zhǔn)時性的運作特點使得車輛調(diào)度過程中需綜合考慮循環(huán)次序、運輸批量、到達時間窗及園區(qū)各企業(yè)的實時生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)等動態(tài)因素。因此,傳統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)車輛調(diào)度已無法滿足SHIP公共物流的實時性、敏捷性及高效性的要求。而物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)作為當(dāng)代物流配送系統(tǒng)的新興技術(shù)可實現(xiàn)在物流運作過程中對車輛及貨物進行實時跟蹤管理,動態(tài)采集各物流節(jié)點實時數(shù)據(jù),使得SHIP能依據(jù)物流資源的實時狀態(tài)合理優(yōu)化車輛調(diào)度。以提高Milk Run物流運輸靈活性,合理配置及規(guī)劃物流資源,降低園區(qū)物流總成本。 因此,本文借鑒已有研究成果,依托物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),研究SHIP面向多企業(yè)提供Milk Run物流服務(wù)的實時車輛調(diào)度優(yōu)化問題。研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個方面: (1)探討了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群模式下的工業(yè)園區(qū)公共物流體系及其車輛調(diào)度問題,提出了一種基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的小批量、高頻率、準(zhǔn)時制的Milk Run物流運作模式; (2)分析了SHIP車輛調(diào)度所存在的問題,提出了SHIP基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的Milk Run物流實時車輛調(diào)度基本框架,實現(xiàn)基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的實時數(shù)據(jù)采集與管理,調(diào)度實時任務(wù),達到實時車輛調(diào)度分工與協(xié)作的目的; (3)針對SHIP中Milk Run取配貨車輛路徑問題,建立了Milk Run公共物流多車型實時車輛調(diào)度的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并在遺傳算法的基礎(chǔ)上,改變?nèi)旧w編碼方式,采用局部競爭選擇策略方式,提出基于多車型分配的改進遺傳算法; (4)在實時車輛調(diào)度框架的基礎(chǔ)上,采用C#語言實現(xiàn)了一種基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)實時車輛調(diào)度系統(tǒng),通過運行實例,全面展示了系統(tǒng)功能。 本文所研究的問題具有理論價值和實際意義,主要表現(xiàn)在:其一,從理論上研究了面向SHIP的Milk Run物流運作模式,實現(xiàn)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在SHIP實時車輛調(diào)度全程一體化應(yīng)用,可為類似工業(yè)園區(qū)信息平臺建設(shè)提供參考;其二,建立了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的MilkRun公共物流實時車輛調(diào)度數(shù)學(xué)模型,設(shè)計其相應(yīng)的智能改進遺傳算法,為決策提供支持。
[Abstract]:Industrial parks are industrial clusters characterized by the sharing of resources and services. By supply Hub in Industrial Park (SHIPP), the public warehouse and public fleet logistics service provided by the Milk Run logistics model to many enterprises in the park is the third party logistics operator to alleviate the land of the park. Milk Run Logistics is an operation mode of recycling goods from the same freight vehicle to many enterprises in the park. The operational characteristics of punctuality make it necessary to take into account the dynamic factors such as cycle order, transportation batch, arrival time window and real-time production data of the enterprises in the park. Traditional static vehicle scheduling can not meet the real-time performance of SHIP public logistics. As a new technology of modern logistics distribution system, Internet of things technology can realize real-time tracking and management of vehicles and goods in the process of logistics operation, and dynamically collect real-time data of each logistics node. In order to improve the flexibility of Milk Run logistics transportation, reasonably configure and plan logistics resources, and reduce the total logistics cost of the park, SHIP can optimize the vehicle scheduling reasonably according to the real time state of logistics resources. Therefore, based on the existing research results and the Internet of things technology, this paper studies the real-time vehicle scheduling optimization problem of SHIP to provide Milk Run logistics services for multi-enterprises. The research contents mainly include the following aspects:. 1) this paper discusses the public logistics system of industrial park and its vehicle scheduling problem under the industrial cluster mode, and puts forward a small batch, high frequency and punctual Milk Run logistics mode based on the Internet of things. This paper analyzes the problems existing in SHIP vehicle scheduling, puts forward the basic framework of Milk Run logistics real-time vehicle scheduling based on Internet of things in SHIP, realizes the real-time data acquisition and management based on the Internet of things, and schedules real-time tasks. To achieve the goal of real-time vehicle scheduling division and cooperation; 3) aiming at the routing problem of Milk Run in SHIP, the mathematical model of real-time vehicle scheduling for Milk Run public logistics is established. Based on genetic algorithm, the chromosome coding method is changed and the local competitive selection strategy is adopted. An improved genetic algorithm based on multi-vehicle assignment is proposed. Based on the real-time vehicle scheduling framework, a real-time vehicle scheduling system based on the Internet of things technology is implemented by using C # language. The system functions are demonstrated by a running example. The problems studied in this paper are of theoretical value and practical significance. Firstly, the SHIP oriented Milk Run logistics operation mode is theoretically studied, and the integration of Internet of things technology in SHIP real-time vehicle scheduling is realized. It can provide reference for the construction of information platform in similar industrial parks. Secondly, the mathematical model of real-time vehicle scheduling for MilkRun public logistics based on the Internet of things is established, and the corresponding intelligent improved genetic algorithm is designed to provide support for decision making.
