單分散近球形和片狀金粉的制備及表征(英文)

【摘要】:以HAuCl_4·4H_2O為前驅(qū)體,抗壞血酸(VC)為還原劑,線(xiàn)性聚乙烯亞胺(L-PEI)為表面活性劑在水相中制備了單分散的近球形和片狀金粉。采用SEM、XRD和激光粒度分析儀對(duì)金粉的形貌、粒徑、結(jié)晶和分散性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試和表征。研究了還原劑和金前驅(qū)體的摩爾比、L-PEI濃度、溫度及反應(yīng)溶液的pH對(duì)近球形和片狀金粉的形貌和粒徑大小的影響。給出了制備微米級(jí)近球形和片狀金粉的反應(yīng)條件,同時(shí)也提出了近球形和片狀金粉的成核和晶核生長(zhǎng)的可能解釋。
[Abstract]:Using HAuCl_4 路4H 2O as precursor, ascorbic acid (VC) as reducing agent, linear polyethylene imide (L-PEI) as surfactant, monodisperse near-spherical and flake gold powders were prepared in water phase. The crystallinity and dispersity were tested and characterized. The molar ratio of reductant and gold precursor was studied, and the concentration of L-PEI was studied. The effects of temperature and pH of reaction solution on the morphology and particle size of near-spherical and flake gold powder were studied. At the same time, the possible explanation of nucleation and nucleation of near-spherical and flake gold powder is also given.
