多方法集成的模糊前端創(chuàng)新設(shè)想產(chǎn)生研究

【摘要】:通過對創(chuàng)新問題認知思維過程及規(guī)律的研究,提出模糊前端創(chuàng)新設(shè)想產(chǎn)生的過程模型,把模糊前端劃分為的機會識別、機會表征、設(shè)想產(chǎn)生、設(shè)想評價四個階段。在分析各個階段的思維特征基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合創(chuàng)新設(shè)想產(chǎn)生和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的實際,將質(zhì)量功能布置、物質(zhì)-場分析、系統(tǒng)功能分析、沖突矩陣求解等方法,按照其在創(chuàng)新設(shè)想產(chǎn)生過程中的作用集成到模糊前端各階段,提出了一種多方法集成的模糊前端創(chuàng)新設(shè)想產(chǎn)生過程模型。最后以超市自動售糧機為例,依據(jù)該模型指導(dǎo)新項目創(chuàng)新設(shè)想的產(chǎn)生,驗證了該模型的有效性和實用性。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the cognitive thinking process and law of innovation problem, the paper puts forward the process model of fuzzy front-end innovation assumption, and divides the fuzzy front-end into opportunity identification, opportunity representation and imagination. On the basis of analyzing the thinking characteristics of each stage, combining the production of innovative ideas and the reality of new product development, the methods of quality function arrangement, material-field analysis, system function analysis, conflict matrix solution, etc. According to its function in the process of producing the innovation idea, the paper puts forward a multi-method integration model of the process of the fuzzy front-end innovation idea production. Finally, taking the supermarket automatic grain selling machine as an example, a multi-method integration model of the fuzzy front-end innovation idea generation process is put forward. The validity and practicability of the model are verified according to the model.
