【摘要】：信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)水平的提高促進(jìn)著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展,在短短幾年里,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)影響到社會生活的方方面面,不過,這些仍是開始,“變化”依然是移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的主題。這種“變化”也推動著移動設(shè)備的革新,信息溝通方式的改變。當(dāng)下,人們需要與越來越多的復(fù)雜信息打交道,移動設(shè)備的廣泛應(yīng)用像一把雙刃劍：它為用戶帶來了便利的同時,也帶來更多因高科技產(chǎn)生的疑問和不安。這種不安既是一種需要迎接新技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)的心理,同時也是對隱私安全的擔(dān)憂。問題的出現(xiàn)意味著設(shè)計(jì)的開始。如何在迅速發(fā)展的信息時代將大量復(fù)雜的信息通過一種符合用戶心理習(xí)慣的方式更加順其自然地帶給他們；如何使移動設(shè)備在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的支持下與用戶進(jìn)行更好的人機(jī)互動,并以一種可感知的方式使用戶在與設(shè)備的交互過程中,放心地進(jìn)行信息交流,得到更好的使用體驗(yàn)……這些都是技術(shù)的發(fā)展帶給交互設(shè)計(jì)師創(chuàng)新的機(jī)會,也是基于用戶需求的交互設(shè)計(jì)為技術(shù)提出的挑戰(zhàn)。 本項(xiàng)研究以人機(jī)交互領(lǐng)域的前沿思想—普適計(jì)算理論作為研究依據(jù),結(jié)合交互設(shè)計(jì)需求、先進(jìn)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用以及設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,對今后的移動設(shè)備交互方式的信息安全保護(hù)進(jìn)行研究。研究著力關(guān)注普適計(jì)算環(huán)境中的要點(diǎn)--信息安全的保護(hù),在深入分析移動設(shè)備的安全機(jī)制,普適計(jì)算網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境安全后,提出了一種新的交互設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用方式。運(yùn)用產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的方法學(xué)和理論,建立了開發(fā)框架和流程,為交互方式的實(shí)現(xiàn)和所需的技術(shù)支持建立了合作橋梁。最后,以“普適相冊”(Ubiquitous Gallery)作為產(chǎn)品實(shí)例,結(jié)合客戶經(jīng)歷地圖的等調(diào)研方法,將理論和概念付諸于具體的產(chǎn)品當(dāng)中,為普適計(jì)算的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及交互方式的改良設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行有益的探索與嘗試。
[Abstract]:The improvement of information technology and network level has promoted the vigorous development of mobile Internet. In just a few years, mobile Internet has affected all aspects of social life, but, These are still the beginning, "change" is still the subject of mobile Internet development. This "change" is also driving the innovation of mobile devices, the change in the way information is communicated. Now, people need to deal with more and more complex information. The widespread use of mobile devices is like a double-edged sword: it not only brings convenience to users, but also brings more high-tech questions and uneasiness, which is both a psychological need to meet the challenges of new technologies. At the same time, it is also a concern for privacy security. The emergence of the problem means the beginning of design. How to bring a large number of complex information to them more naturally through a way in accordance with the psychological habits of users in the rapidly developing information age; How to make mobile devices have better man-machine interaction with users under the support of network environment, and in a perceptible way to enable users to exchange information safely in the process of interaction with the device. These are the opportunities for interaction designers to innovate due to the development of technology, as well as the challenges posed by interactive design based on users' needs. This research is based on universal computing theory, which is the leading thought in the field of human-computer interaction. It combines the requirements of interactive design, the application of advanced technology and the design practice. This paper studies the information security protection of mobile device interaction mode in the future. The research focuses on the protection of information security, which is the key point of pervasive computing environment. After deeply analyzing the security mechanism of mobile devices and the security of pervasive computing network environment, In this paper, a new interactive design application method is proposed. By using the methodology and theory of product development design, the development framework and process are established, and the cooperative bridge is established for the realization of the interaction mode and the technical support needed. Taking the "universal photo album" as a product example, and combining the research methods of customer experience map, we put the theory and concept into the concrete product. It is a useful exploration and attempt for the product development of pervasive computing and the improved design of interaction mode.
