【摘要】:在全球推廣節(jié)能低碳的前提下,伴隨著日益強(qiáng)大的樓宇系統(tǒng)以及自動(dòng)化的高速發(fā)展,冷凍機(jī)房群控系統(tǒng)在近些年逐漸成為了廠房和商務(wù)樓改造中必不可少的一部分,同時(shí),也成為了建筑能耗改善中的一個(gè)重中之重。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)機(jī)房設(shè)備能耗、冷卻塔風(fēng)機(jī)控制流程、泵的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)、主機(jī)的工況特點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了全面的分析,并通過(guò)將冷凍水系統(tǒng)、冷卻水系統(tǒng)以及DDC控制系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)出了一個(gè)綜合性的機(jī)房群控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的冷卻泵、冷凍泵、供回水閥門、冷卻塔、冷水機(jī)組、換熱器等設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的進(jìn)行監(jiān)視及故障報(bào)警的處理,并做出相應(yīng)的節(jié)能分析報(bào)告,以便進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)效管理。 通過(guò)對(duì)一個(gè)區(qū)域性集中供冷站自控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)試,對(duì)機(jī)房的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行歸總,建立了節(jié)能數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),使冷凍機(jī)房達(dá)到最優(yōu)化的運(yùn)行效果。在保障機(jī)房設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行的前提下,通過(guò)機(jī)房群控系統(tǒng)對(duì)整體設(shè)備進(jìn)行全面監(jiān)護(hù),通過(guò)減少冗余空調(diào)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行時(shí)間,來(lái)降低整個(gè)機(jī)房的能耗。
[Abstract]:Under the premise of global promotion of energy saving and low carbon, with the increasingly powerful building system and the rapid development of automation, the group control system of refrigerated machine room has gradually become an indispensable part of the transformation of factory building and commercial building in recent years. It has also become a top priority in building energy consumption improvement. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the energy consumption of equipment in the machine room, the control flow of cooling tower fan, the operating characteristics of the pump and the operating conditions of the main engine, and combines the chilled water system, the cooling water system and the DDC control system. A comprehensive group control system of machine room is designed. The system can monitor the operation state of cooling pump, refrigeration pump, backwater valve, cooling tower, water chiller, heat exchanger and so on in the air conditioning system, and can deal with the trouble alarm of the equipment, such as the cooling pump, the freezing pump, the backwater valve, the cooling tower, the chiller and the heat exchanger. And makes the corresponding energy saving analysis report, in order to carry on the long-term effective management. Through the design and debugging of the automatic control system of a regional centralized cooling station, the operation data of the computer room are integrated, and the energy saving database is established. Under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the equipment in the refrigerator room, the whole equipment is monitored by the group control system of the computer room, and the running time of the redundant air conditioning equipment is reduced. To reduce the energy consumption of the entire computer room.
