【摘要】：針對于激光干涉法沖擊加速度校準中,微分運算之前的濾波問題,進行了實驗研究,提出了一種基于沖擊速度曲線階躍上升時間參數為基礎的,局域平均濾波差分方式,實現了沖擊速度的獲取。從而避免了ISO相關標準中基于沖擊加速度波形脈寬調控濾波器截止頻率的不便之處,并對參數的取值范圍進行了實驗研究。通過與ISO標準方法的對比實驗,驗證了該數據處理方法可獲得的峰值更高些,可以高10%~20%左右。在不同傳感器上所作的實驗驗證了該方法的有效性與可行性,為沖擊加速度的計算提供了另外一種有效實用的數據處理方式。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the filtering problem before differential operation in laser interferometry, a local average filter difference method based on step rise time parameter of shock velocity curve is proposed. The acquisition of impact velocity is realized, which avoids the inconveniences of the filter cutoff frequency based on impulse acceleration waveform pulse width regulation in the ISO standard. The experimental results show that the peak value of the data processing method is higher than that of the ISO standard method. Experiments on different sensors demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of this method and provide another effective and practical data processing method for the calculation of impact acceleration.
