【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)智能化水平的不斷進(jìn)步,機(jī)器視覺技術(shù)作為一門新興的學(xué)科越來越引起人們的關(guān)注,逐漸得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。視覺檢測技術(shù)就是在機(jī)器視覺的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的檢測手段對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢測的新型技術(shù)。隨著視覺檢測技術(shù)的不斷成熟和完善,在工業(yè)檢測現(xiàn)場中對(duì)于待檢品的檢測效果和可靠程度也在不斷提高。本文基于條碼檢測的現(xiàn)場實(shí)際應(yīng)用為出發(fā)點(diǎn),在分析了系統(tǒng)需求的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合了FPGA與DSP的優(yōu)點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了一款智能相機(jī)檢測裝置。相對(duì)于市面上大多數(shù)基于PC機(jī)的視覺檢測系統(tǒng)來說,它將圖像的采集和處理功能都集成到了智能相機(jī)內(nèi),減少了上位機(jī)對(duì)圖像數(shù)據(jù)的處理量,提高了檢測的速度和效率。同時(shí),課題的研究具有一定通用性,對(duì)于其他應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的尺寸測量、啤酒液位檢測等方面具有很好的借鑒意義。論文首先綜述了視覺檢測技術(shù)和智能相機(jī)的概念,對(duì)于智能相機(jī)的發(fā)展及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀做了闡述,并且分析了條碼檢測的背景和研究意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了智能相機(jī)檢測裝置的整體方案。其次,論文從硬件和軟件兩大部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。硬件方面的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括圖像采集電路、FPGA控制電路和DSP圖像處理電路三個(gè)方面,給出了芯片的選型,設(shè)計(jì)原理以及電路圖等。軟件方面的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括硬件邏輯的實(shí)現(xiàn)和相關(guān)算法的設(shè)計(jì),硬件邏輯方面給出了圖像采集芯片的驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊、四倍頻鑒相模塊和UART通信模塊;相關(guān)算法的設(shè)計(jì)包括對(duì)于采集到的條碼圖像進(jìn)行濾波、二值化以及糾偏處理等。論文最后對(duì)于研究的課題進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了其中設(shè)計(jì)的欠缺之處,對(duì)于以后的改進(jìn)方向和方法做了說明。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial intelligence, machine vision technology, as a new subject, has attracted more and more attention. Visual inspection technology is a new technology which is developed on the basis of machine vision instead of traditional testing means to detect products. With the development of vision detection technology, The detection effect and reliability of the products to be inspected in the industrial inspection field are also improving. Based on the practical application of bar code detection, this paper analyzes the system requirements and combines the advantages of FPGA and DSP. An intelligent camera detecting device is designed. Compared with most PC-based vision detection systems in the market, it integrates the functions of image acquisition and processing into the intelligent camera, and reduces the processing capacity of image data by the upper computer. The speed and efficiency of the detection are improved. At the same time, the research of the subject has a certain generality, for other applications of dimension measurement, Beer liquid level detection has a good reference significance. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept of vision detection technology and intelligent camera, and describes the development of intelligent camera and the current research situation at home and abroad. On the basis of analyzing the background and significance of bar code detection, the whole scheme of intelligent camera detection device is put forward. Secondly, The hardware design mainly includes three aspects: image acquisition circuit, FPGA control circuit and DSP image processing circuit, and the chip selection is given. The design principle and circuit diagram. The software design mainly includes the hardware logic realization and the related algorithm design. In the hardware logic, the driving module of the image acquisition chip, the fourth frequency phase discrimination module and the UART communication module are given. The design of the related algorithms includes filtering, binarization and correction of the bar code images. Finally, the thesis summarizes the research topics, and puts forward the deficiencies of the design. The improvement direction and method in the future are explained.
