【摘要】：串、并行設(shè)計模式下硬件產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計缺陷形成機理存在差異,對串、并行設(shè)計模式與設(shè)計缺陷之間的關(guān)系進行系統(tǒng)地分析、比較,有助于在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計過程中預(yù)防、控制設(shè)計缺陷。采用過程方法,分別構(gòu)建了從輸入、輸出、資源、環(huán)境和監(jiān)測評價活動五個方面系統(tǒng)反映串、并行設(shè)計各階段缺陷影響因素的結(jié)構(gòu)要素模型,進而迭代獲得描述串、并行設(shè)計過程各設(shè)計階段、各類設(shè)計缺陷和可能存在的缺陷因素三者之間的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用區(qū)間層次分析法定量地表達了串、并行設(shè)計的設(shè)計缺陷與其影響因素之間的關(guān)系。最后,從設(shè)計缺陷預(yù)防和控制的角度,對串、并行設(shè)計模式下設(shè)計缺陷結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系進行比較與分析,研究成果對設(shè)計過程中預(yù)防和控制設(shè)計缺陷具有理論和實際指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:There are differences in the forming mechanism of hardware product design defects in serial and concurrent design mode. The relationship between string, parallel design pattern and design defect is systematically analyzed and compared, which is helpful for the prevention in the process of product design. Control design defects. By using the process method, the structural element model of the factors influencing the defects in each stage of concurrent design is constructed, which includes five aspects: input, output, resource, environment and monitoring and evaluation activities. Then the structural relationship models of description string, design stages of concurrent design process, various design defects and possible defect factors are obtained. On this basis, the string is expressed quantitatively by using interval Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, from the point of view of design defect prevention and control, this paper compares and analyzes the structural relationship of design defects in serial and concurrent design mode. The research results have theoretical and practical significance for the prevention and control of design defects in the design process.
