【摘要】:隨著社會物質(zhì)財富的增加和人們生活品質(zhì)的提升,人們對產(chǎn)品的要求已經(jīng)不僅僅停留在功能性層面,而是要求產(chǎn)品在滿足功能性的前提下具備優(yōu)異的精神性需求,產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)理論就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生了。體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的本質(zhì)就是要使設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品更加感知化,更具有體驗(yàn)的價值,它是一種新的理解消費(fèi)者的方法,即始終從用戶的角度去認(rèn)識和理解產(chǎn)品的形式,涉及的問題已經(jīng)從功能實(shí)用性轉(zhuǎn)移到與用戶體驗(yàn)相關(guān)的問題。現(xiàn)在,體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)已具備較為系統(tǒng)的理論并被用于指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。但因其發(fā)展的時間短,特別是針對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的理論發(fā)展時間更短,現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)理論還只有一個理論大框架,比較宏觀,甚至粗糙,尚難對每一個具體領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)都具有直接而有效的指導(dǎo)意義。因此,有必要結(jié)合某些具體的產(chǎn)品類型對現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)理論進(jìn)行具體化、細(xì)致化的研究,使體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的理論體系更豐富,從而更有效地指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。廚房收納用品就是其中一個具體領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)品,它的設(shè)計(jì)非常多,但體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)在這一領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用還處于初級階段,所總結(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)方法尚未形成系統(tǒng)理論。廚房是我們?nèi)粘<揖由钪休^為常用的場所,也是最容易變得凌亂的地方。雖然整體櫥柜已進(jìn)入千家萬戶,在一定程度上改善了廚房收納的問題,但面對日漸增多的廚房工具,收納已成為廚房產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的一個重要發(fā)展方向。廚房收納用品最直接地關(guān)系到人們的生活品質(zhì),而此類產(chǎn)品的用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)還處于初級階段。近年來,許多設(shè)計(jì)師都將“以用戶為中心”的設(shè)計(jì)理念融入到自己的設(shè)計(jì)思維中,展開了一系列的“體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)”,其中不乏有好的體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用于廚房收納用品中,例如:分隔收納抽屜、硅膠洗菜籃、可折疊濾網(wǎng)砧板等。但是,在我們現(xiàn)在的廚房里依舊會發(fā)現(xiàn)許多廚房收納用品的用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)考量不足,表現(xiàn)為功能組合不合理、操作難度大、使用環(huán)境考慮不周全和不便清潔,這些都導(dǎo)致廚房收納用品的使用效率降低,影響用戶的使用體驗(yàn)。分析其原因在于現(xiàn)有的研究理論缺乏一些具體的設(shè)計(jì)方法來引導(dǎo)我們做出更好的體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),因此,有必要對此類產(chǎn)品的體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)總結(jié)一套具體的方法論。本文將收集和分析國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有廚房收納用品以及已有的理論研究成果,通過對廚房收納原則和產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的學(xué)習(xí),以“用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)”的常規(guī)方法為依據(jù),從中提煉出具體的針對廚房收納用品的優(yōu)異用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,讓用戶體驗(yàn)理論具體化,使之更具直接的指導(dǎo)意義。為我們的設(shè)計(jì)師提供參考,有助于創(chuàng)造出更多優(yōu)秀用戶體驗(yàn)的廚房收納用品。論文的主要內(nèi)容可以歸納為以下幾點(diǎn):(一)對現(xiàn)有廚房收納用品進(jìn)行整理和歸納,了解廚房收納的具體定義和范圍,分析每一類別廚房收納用品的特點(diǎn)和收納原則,找出現(xiàn)有廚房收納產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)成功和失敗的原因,總結(jié)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有廚房收納產(chǎn)品在用戶體驗(yàn)方面存在的不足,歸納出現(xiàn)問題的原因在于缺乏具體的指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)方法,為之后總結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)方法提供依據(jù)。(二)研究現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的理論框架,指出現(xiàn)有研究理論的局限或不足,了解用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的整個開發(fā)流程,認(rèn)識用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的五個層次:表現(xiàn)層、框架層、結(jié)構(gòu)層、范圍層、戰(zhàn)略層。并將各類廚房收納用品的設(shè)計(jì)需求放入到五個層次中進(jìn)行分析,得出具體的設(shè)計(jì)需求,為提出具體的針對廚房收納用品的體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。(三)對當(dāng)代廚房生活方式進(jìn)行調(diào)研,通過街頭攔截、焦點(diǎn)小組、深度訪談的調(diào)研方法,研究不同年齡階段、不同層次人群對廚房收納用品的使用習(xí)慣和具體要求,了解廣大人群對現(xiàn)有的廚房收納用品的現(xiàn)實(shí)不滿和希望其改進(jìn)的方向,為提煉具體設(shè)計(jì)方法提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。(四)分析現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)外對廚房收納方法和原則的理論研究,通過學(xué)習(xí)已有的用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,結(jié)合廚房收納的特點(diǎn)和人們的使用習(xí)慣、要求,提煉出針對廚房收納領(lǐng)域的具體體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,使之能對設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)行為具有更直接的指導(dǎo)意義。(五)運(yùn)用Rhino、keyshot、Photoshop等相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件,結(jié)合論文提煉的廚房收納用品優(yōu)異用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法的相關(guān)理論,設(shè)計(jì)出一系列具有優(yōu)異用戶體驗(yàn)的廚房收納品。論文從探討產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展入手,著力聚焦到具體領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的研究,結(jié)合用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法和廚房收納原則,提出針對廚房收納用品領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)異用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的具體方法。并根據(jù)所提出的方法對常用的某些廚房收納用品進(jìn)行實(shí)踐設(shè)計(jì),從而驗(yàn)證其方法的可行性和實(shí)用性。本文在現(xiàn)有用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,針對廚房收納用品這個具體的產(chǎn)品品類的特點(diǎn),研究總結(jié)出一套適用于廚房收納用品的體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法論,從而更有效地指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,同時也是對現(xiàn)有用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)理論的完善和發(fā)展。有助于創(chuàng)造出更多優(yōu)秀用戶體驗(yàn)的作品,為人們創(chuàng)造一個更為舒適的廚房生活空間,具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。并通過對用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)理論知識的豐富和發(fā)展,讓用戶體驗(yàn)理論具體化,使之更具直接的指導(dǎo)意義。

The reason is that the existing analysis Study on the theory of experience design, the lack of specific design methods to guide us to make better result, it is necessary to experience the design of this kind of products up to a specific set of methodology.
