基于康達(dá)效應(yīng)的熱縮烘箱流場(chǎng)分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:目的對(duì)壁紙包裝機(jī)烘箱進(jìn)行建模與分析,優(yōu)化烘箱結(jié)構(gòu)。方法基于流體力學(xué),建立熱收縮烘箱的能量方程和運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)方程。通過(guò)數(shù)值計(jì)算得到烘箱流場(chǎng)分布及仿真云圖,進(jìn)而研究烘箱噴口、底面、回風(fēng)口的流場(chǎng)分布及對(duì)熱縮性能的影響;谟(jì)算結(jié)果,進(jìn)行回風(fēng)口尺寸和結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)與優(yōu)化,對(duì)多種擬定的改進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,提取計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)并對(duì)比確定相對(duì)最優(yōu)模型。結(jié)果將確定的最優(yōu)改進(jìn)模型加入烘箱中進(jìn)行整體模擬計(jì)算,提取優(yōu)化后的計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù),完成結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)論優(yōu)化后的壁紙包裝機(jī)烘箱結(jié)構(gòu)在一定程度上改進(jìn)了原結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的不足,能夠較好地滿足壁紙包裝工程中的工藝需要。
[Abstract]:Objective to model and analyze the oven of wallpaper packaging machine and optimize the structure of oven. The energy equation and kinematics equation of heat shrinkage oven are established. The flow field distribution and simulation cloud diagram of oven are obtained by numerical calculation, and then the orifice and bottom surface of oven are studied. Based on the calculation results, the size and structure of the return tuyere are improved and optimized, and several proposed improved structures are analyzed and calculated. The calculated data were extracted and the relative optimal model was compared. Results the optimized improved model was added to the oven for overall simulation and the optimized data was extracted. Conclusion the oven structure of the optimized wallpaper packaging machine improves the shortcomings of the original structure to a certain extent and can meet the needs of the wallpaper packaging engineering.
