【摘要】:隨著消費(fèi)要求的日漸增高,消費(fèi)者對(duì)果蔬產(chǎn)品的安全、保鮮、外形包裝等的要求越來(lái)越高,近年來(lái)對(duì)果蔬的包裝日漸重視起來(lái)。本課題對(duì)果蔬自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)及開發(fā),不僅符合杭州百鄉(xiāng)緣農(nóng)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)有限公司對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品機(jī)械開發(fā)的要求,同時(shí)也是現(xiàn)今農(nóng)產(chǎn)品包裝機(jī)械的重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象。 本課題設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的果蔬自動(dòng)包裝機(jī),機(jī)器完成果蔬送料、包裝薄膜袋狀成型、包裝袋袋口封合及包裝成品輸出整個(gè)包裝過(guò)程,包裝機(jī)自動(dòng)化程度高,各類包裝參數(shù)都可通過(guò)人機(jī)交互界面進(jìn)行設(shè)定,由總控制系統(tǒng)(PLC)配合伺服系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制給予信號(hào)反饋使機(jī)構(gòu)自動(dòng)完成相應(yīng)的包裝動(dòng)作。 果蔬自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程是:(1)根據(jù)包裝要求、包裝過(guò)程確定技術(shù)參數(shù)和包裝機(jī)構(gòu),分析確定包裝的工藝流程。根據(jù)對(duì)包裝機(jī)外形美觀、機(jī)構(gòu)布局緊湊不松散、操作簡(jiǎn)易不復(fù)雜等要求,對(duì)機(jī)器整體進(jìn)行合理布局。(2)根據(jù)工序要求以及機(jī)器運(yùn)動(dòng)與傳遞的關(guān)系設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)器的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),確定傳動(dòng)比。(3)針對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)的作用,對(duì)相應(yīng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行選擇或設(shè)計(jì)。其中,重點(diǎn)對(duì)果蔬自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)的制袋成型器和端封機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)。(4)根據(jù)果蔬包裝的非規(guī)則性,設(shè)計(jì)了果蔬自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)為控制核心,通過(guò)變頻器控制電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,實(shí)現(xiàn)各機(jī)構(gòu)的速度匹配,完成包裝的整個(gè)過(guò)程。PLC的應(yīng)用,大大減少了包裝機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、調(diào)試的工作量,并利用傳感器實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)節(jié),使包裝機(jī)達(dá)到高自動(dòng)化、機(jī)構(gòu)高度同步、包裝定位精準(zhǔn)、包裝效率高、包裝質(zhì)量好等要求。 本課題研發(fā)的果蔬自動(dòng)包裝機(jī),自動(dòng)化程度高,,精度高、效率高、包裝效果好,不僅能適應(yīng)不同尺寸規(guī)格的果蔬包裝,同時(shí)也能對(duì)其他領(lǐng)域如食品、醫(yī)藥、日用品等的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行包裝,而且能滿足現(xiàn)今消費(fèi)者對(duì)果蔬產(chǎn)品的安全、保鮮、外形包裝等日漸增長(zhǎng)的需求。機(jī)器的研發(fā)不僅擁有廣闊的市場(chǎng)、滿足消費(fèi)者的需求,同時(shí)對(duì)包裝機(jī)械在果蔬領(lǐng)域進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展有積極促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of consumption, consumers have higher and higher requirements for the safety, freshness, shape packaging of fruit and vegetable products. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the packaging of fruits and vegetables. The design and development of the automatic packaging machine for fruits and vegetables not only meet the requirements of Hangzhou Baixiang Agricultural Product Development Co., Ltd. At the same time, it is also the key research object of agricultural packaging machinery. The design and development of the automatic packaging machine for fruits and vegetables, the machine completed the delivery of fruit and vegetables, packaging film bag forming, packaging bag mouth sealing and packaging finished product output of the whole packaging process, packaging machine automation is high. All kinds of packaging parameters can be set by man-machine interaction interface, and the main control system (PLC) and servo system are used to control and give signal feedback so that the mechanism can automatically complete the packaging action. The design process of the automatic packaging machine for fruits and vegetables is: according to the packaging requirements, the packaging process determines the technical parameters and the packaging mechanism, and analyzes and determines the technological process of the packaging. According to the appearance of the packaging machine, the appearance of the packaging machine is beautiful. The mechanism layout is compact and not loose, the operation is simple and not complicated, the reasonable layout of the whole machine. 2) according to the requirements of the working procedure and the relation between the machine movement and the transmission, the transmission system of the machine is designed. Determine the transmission ratio. 3) according to the role of the mechanism, the corresponding executive mechanism is selected or designed. Emphasis is placed on the innovative design of the bag making and end sealing mechanism of the automatic fruit and vegetable packaging machine) according to the irregularity of fruit and vegetable packaging. The control system of the automatic packaging machine for fruits and vegetables is designed. The PLC controller is used as the control core and the speed of the motor is controlled by frequency converter to realize the speed matching of each mechanism. The application of PLC in the whole process of packaging greatly reduces the workload of the design, installation and debugging of the control system of the packaging machine, and the real-time adjustment of the sensor makes the packaging machine achieve high automation. High synchronization mechanism, accurate packaging positioning, high packaging efficiency, good packaging quality and other requirements. The automatic packaging machine for fruits and vegetables developed in this paper has high degree of automation, high precision, high efficiency and good packaging effect. It can not only adapt to the packaging of fruits and vegetables of different sizes, but also can be used in other fields such as food and medicine. Daily necessities and other products packaging, and can meet today's consumers on the safety of fruit and vegetable products, fresh, packaging and other growing needs. The development of machinery not only has a broad market. To meet the needs of consumers and to promote the further development of packaging machinery in the field of fruits and vegetables.
