基于QFD與TRIZ的多種類混合裝箱包裝機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目的為了高效、快速對新款多種類混合裝箱包裝機(jī)進(jìn)行研發(fā),提出基于QFD與TRIZ的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方法。方法文中運(yùn)用QFD與TRIZ等多種創(chuàng)新方法,針對開設(shè)網(wǎng)店等創(chuàng)業(yè)人員在創(chuàng)業(yè)初期存在的人手少、工作量大等問題,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)一款多種類混合裝箱包裝機(jī)。結(jié)果該包裝機(jī)可按照操作者所需的包裝品種,自動實(shí)現(xiàn)紙箱的吸取、成型、合箱和封箱操作,在商品的投放區(qū)不需人為手動進(jìn)行商品的投放,是包裝多種混合食品的個性化機(jī)械裝置。結(jié)論結(jié)果證明基于QFD與TRIZ的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方法是可行的途徑,所設(shè)計(jì)的包裝機(jī)能夠大幅度提高紙箱封裝的生產(chǎn)效率,并且降低生產(chǎn)勞動強(qiáng)度,獲得較高的產(chǎn)品包裝質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective in order to develop the new multi-type mixed packing machine quickly and efficiently, an innovative design method based on QFD and TRIZ is put forward. Methods QFD and TRIZ are used in this paper. In order to solve the problems of few staff and heavy workload in the initial stage of starting a business, a multi-type mixed packing machine is designed and developed. As a result, the packing machine can be packed according to the type required by the operator. Automatic realization of carton absorption, molding, closing and sealing operation, in the delivery area of goods do not need to manually carry out the delivery of goods. The results show that the innovative design method based on QFD and TRIZ is feasible. The designed packaging machine can greatly improve the production efficiency of carton packaging, reduce the labor intensity and obtain higher packaging quality.
