【摘要】：為快速有效地解決防護(hù)類(lèi)產(chǎn)品中如何保證功能獨(dú)立性的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)AD與TRIZ理論的集成,研究產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的方法。以AD框架型設(shè)計(jì)流程為主線(xiàn),利用TRIZ分離原理、發(fā)明原理等工具來(lái)化解方案映射過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的矛盾沖突,并將TRIZ中的功能分析工具運(yùn)用到解決耦合性問(wèn)題的功能組件分析中,最后結(jié)合AD信息公理評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行方案篩選,進(jìn)而建立兩者集成的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)模型。將該模型用于消防頭盔方案設(shè)計(jì)中,驗(yàn)證了方法的可行性及合理性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of how to ensure the functional independence of protective products, through the integration of AD and TRIZ theory, method of product innovation design. Based on the AD framework design process as the main line, using TRIZ separation principle, the principle of invention and other tools to resolve conflicts arising in the process of mapping scheme, and the TRIZ function analysis tool is applied to analysis of functional components to solve coupling problem, combining with AD information axiom evaluation method for scheme selection, and then establish the product innovation design model of integration between the two. The model is used to design a fire helmet scheme, verify the feasibility and rationality of the method.
