基于GE的多響應(yīng)參數(shù)穩(wěn)健設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法

【摘要】:提出了一種基于遺傳進(jìn)化的多響應(yīng)參數(shù)穩(wěn)健設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法。對多響應(yīng)參數(shù)穩(wěn)建設(shè)計(jì)問題進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)描述,建立了以試驗(yàn)樣本多響應(yīng)輸出參數(shù)的加權(quán)平均質(zhì)量損失最小化為目標(biāo)的數(shù)學(xué)優(yōu)化模型;提出了多響應(yīng)參數(shù)穩(wěn)健設(shè)計(jì)的遺傳進(jìn)化優(yōu)化方法:以密集抽樣取代離散化處理,以個(gè)體取代試驗(yàn)方案,以變化的種群取代固定的內(nèi)表,通過遺傳進(jìn)化得到最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)方案;提出并設(shè)計(jì)了多響應(yīng)參數(shù)穩(wěn)健設(shè)計(jì)的遺傳優(yōu)化算法。通過案例分析驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:A robust design optimization method for multi-response parameters based on genetic evolution is proposed, and the problem of multi-response parameter stability design is described mathematically. A mathematical optimization model with the objective of minimizing the weighted average mass loss of multi-response output parameters of test samples is established. A genetic evolutionary optimization method for robust design of multi-response parameters is proposed: discretization is replaced by dense sampling, experimental scheme is replaced by individual, and fixed inner table is replaced by variable population. The optimal design scheme is obtained by genetic evolution. A genetic optimization algorithm for robust design of multi-response parameters is proposed and designed, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by a case study.
