寬孔距小抵抗線爆破技術(shù)在尖山磷礦的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:為改善尖山磷礦爆破質(zhì)量、提高生產(chǎn)效率、節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本,結(jié)合礦山生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行多次試驗(yàn),與原礦山爆破開挖方式對比分析,確定了更適合該礦山生產(chǎn)的寬孔距小抵抗線爆破方式。對大塊率的統(tǒng)計(jì)和對振動的監(jiān)測表明:炮孔密集系數(shù)m為2時(shí),五次試驗(yàn)的大塊率比實(shí)驗(yàn)前礦山原方案的大塊率分別降低了10.4%、16.7%、15.6%、11.5%和13.5%,且大塊的最大外形尺寸比試驗(yàn)前大塊的最大外形尺寸總體上要小;新爆破方式下單響藥量增加,但實(shí)測振動速度與原方案產(chǎn)生的振動速度基本持平,振動主頻也與原方式下相近。試驗(yàn)開挖的過程中沒有出現(xiàn)大塊根底和超挖現(xiàn)象,優(yōu)化了礦山爆破開挖方案。
[Abstract]:In order to improve blasting quality, improve production efficiency and save production cost, combined with mine production, several tests were carried out and compared with the original mine blasting excavation methods. The blasting method of wide hole spacing and small resistance line is determined, and the statistic of bulk ratio and vibration monitoring show that the borehole density coefficient m is 2:00. Compared with the original scheme before the experiment, the boulder rate of the five tests was 10.4% and 16.7% lower than that of the original scheme before the experiment, respectively, and 11.5% and 13.5% respectively. And the largest size of the bulk is smaller than that before the test. The new blasting method has increased the quantity of the ordered charge, but the measured vibration velocity is basically the same as that produced by the original scheme. The main frequency of vibration is similar to that under the original mode. There is no large base and overdigging in the process of experimental excavation, so the excavation scheme of mine blasting is optimized.
