【摘要】:L20制冷劑是基于HFO制冷劑R1234ze(E)開發(fā)出的新型低GWP非共沸制冷劑,用于替代R22。其組成成分為R32、R152a和R1234ze(E),ODP值為0,GWP值為295。對其熱物理性質(zhì)、制冷循環(huán)理論計算以及替代R22時CO2減排率進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,除了有較大的滑移溫度以外,L20和R22有相似的飽和蒸氣壓力-溫度曲線,其導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)高于R22;在空調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工況下其單位質(zhì)量制冷量為R22的115%,單位容積制冷量與R22的基本一致;壓縮機排氣溫度比R22低2.2℃。在替代R22時,可減少86%的CO2排放量。
[Abstract]:L20 refrigerant is a new low GWP non-azeotropic refrigerant based on HFO refrigerant R1234zeE. it is used to replace R22.The composition of L20 refrigerant is R32. The ODP values of R152a and R1234zegna are 0 and GWP is 295. The theoretical calculation of the refrigeration cycle and the analysis of the CO2 emission reduction rate in place of R22 show that there are similar saturated vapor pressure-temperature curves between L20 and R22 except for the larger slip temperature.
