【摘要】：我國現(xiàn)行行政上行公文眉首,國家規(guī)定設(shè)供收文機(jī)關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批示使用的區(qū)域,但文書工作正規(guī)的單位設(shè)文件處理單,收文時貼在文件首頁前邊,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在該單的批示欄內(nèi)批示,形成原文件預(yù)留批示域無用。同時設(shè)批示域的上行文眉首部分視覺高度約153mm,超過整個文件紙高297mm的51%,與下面視覺主體部分144mm形成上長下短的觀感,影響美觀,建議取消批示域。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the current administrative uplink official document in our country, the state stipulates that the area for the approval of the leader of the receiving organ shall be set up, but the formal unit of the clerical work shall set up the document processing order, which shall be affixed to the front page of the document at the time of receipt, and the leader shall direct the instruction in the instruction column of the order, and it is useless to form the original document reservation and instruction domain. At the same time, the visual height of the first part of the uplink eyebrow in the batch display domain is about 153 mm, which is more than 51% of the 297mm of the whole file paper. The visual perception is long and short with the 144mm of the visual subject part below, which affects the beauty. It is suggested that the indication domain should be cancelled.
