組織雙元研究趨勢與熱點領域分析——科學知識圖譜視角

【摘要】:以Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫中歷年有關組織雙元文獻為研究對象,借助Citespace III軟件,利用共引分析理論和尋徑網(wǎng)絡算法繪制組織雙元研究領域知識圖譜,探究組織雙元研究變化趨勢和研究熱點。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)組織雙元研究逐漸受到學者關注和重視;(2)組織雙元研究發(fā)展遵循多視角和多層次的演進路徑;(3)組織雙元研究已經(jīng)形成外部前因、雙元情景、管理者、環(huán)境、戰(zhàn)略柔性、效率困境、雙元假設等七大領域以及創(chuàng)新悖論管理、漸進式創(chuàng)新和雙元領導等三大組織雙元前沿問題。
[Abstract]:Taking the binary literature of organization in Web of Science database as the research object, with the help of Citespace III software, the knowledge graph of organizational binary research field is drawn by using the theory of co-citation analysis and routing network algorithm, and the changing trend and research hot spot of organizational binary research are explored. It is found that: (1) organizational duality research has been paid more and more attention by scholars; (2) the development of organizational duality research follows the evolution path of multi-perspective and multi-level; (3) organizational duality research has formed seven fields, such as external antecedents, dual scenarios, managers, environment, strategic flexibility, efficiency dilemma, dual hypothesis, innovation paradox management, progressive innovation and dual leadership.
