組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)及知識共享博弈研究

【摘要】:知識是組織尋求持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的戰(zhàn)略資源。要想在激烈的競爭中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢地位,組織必須保持持續(xù)的知識更新與創(chuàng)造的能力,這就需要對組織知識進(jìn)行有效的管理。知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)是知識管理理論的新發(fā)展,在知識獲取、存儲與共享過程中起著重要的作用。組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)是由組織中的知識及掌握知識的人所連接而成的網(wǎng)絡(luò),人與人之間、人與知識之間,以及知識與知識之間的連接關(guān)系使得這種網(wǎng)絡(luò)呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)特征。組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)中最重要的連接關(guān)系之一是人與人之間的知識共享關(guān)系,它既是知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)形成的重要因素,又受到知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響和限制。本文在國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上,綜合運(yùn)用知識管理理論、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)等理論與方法建立組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的模型,對其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行深入的研究;在此基礎(chǔ)之上運(yùn)用組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)中面向知識共享的信任網(wǎng)絡(luò),建立知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)與知識共享的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而研究其中的知識共享博弈及實(shí)現(xiàn)高水平知識共享的條件。本文從新的視角運(yùn)用新的方法對組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)和知識共享進(jìn)行研究,有助于更加深入的理解組織內(nèi)部知識的組織形式和知識共享的機(jī)制,為促進(jìn)組織知識共享提供決策依據(jù)。 在多個領(lǐng)域?qū)χR網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,界定組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)及知識共享的概念和內(nèi)涵,分析組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的機(jī)理;并提出組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的構(gòu)建、實(shí)現(xiàn)、結(jié)構(gòu)分析,以及知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)中的知識共享的研究框架。 結(jié)合本體理論,在分析組織知識構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)上建立組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的雙層結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并運(yùn)用本體工程技術(shù)對該模型進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn),從而獲取組織的知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)。該模型包括結(jié)構(gòu)層和本體層兩部分。結(jié)構(gòu)層是以人和知識為節(jié)點(diǎn),以各種連接關(guān)系為邊的網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu);本體層包含了組織中的知識與人的各種信息,用于對結(jié)構(gòu)層中每個節(jié)點(diǎn)以及每條關(guān)系進(jìn)行標(biāo)注。 結(jié)合復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論和本體理論,提出組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的三種結(jié)構(gòu)分析方法:基本結(jié)構(gòu)分析、基于關(guān)聯(lián)路徑的結(jié)構(gòu)分析以及知識社區(qū)分析。組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)分析將組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為一個單純的網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),運(yùn)用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論對其拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究;關(guān)聯(lián)路徑是路徑概念的拓展,可以利用本體層的豐富信息和基于本體的研究方法將知識對結(jié)構(gòu)的影響考慮在內(nèi),使組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析更加有意義;知識社區(qū)是組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)中知識交流與合作頻繁、知識共享水平較高的團(tuán)體,對組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能有著重要的影響。本文運(yùn)用馬爾可夫聚類的方法,考慮結(jié)構(gòu)和知識兩方面的因素來分析組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的知識社區(qū)。 面向知識共享的信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)是組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)中人與人之間在知識共享過程中形成的信任關(guān)系連接而成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。這種信任關(guān)系包括知識共享參與者的行為和知識兩方面的因素,以邊的權(quán)值的形式反映在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中。面向知識共享的信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)是組織成員在長期知識共享活動所形成的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò),其結(jié)構(gòu)對知識共享有重要的影響作用。 以面向知識共享的信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)為平臺,研究知識共享的博弈機(jī)制和實(shí)現(xiàn)高水平知識共享的條件。在研究中,知識共享博弈的假設(shè)條件逐漸放寬,運(yùn)用了包括重復(fù)博弈與不同有限理性水平下的進(jìn)化博弈在內(nèi)的多種博弈模型,對不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)下實(shí)現(xiàn)知識共享的條件進(jìn)行研究,以分析組織的激勵策略和組織知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)對知識共享的影響作用。 最后以一個科研組織為例,建立組織內(nèi)部科研合作的知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,分析其結(jié)構(gòu)特征,并運(yùn)用建模仿真等方法對組織內(nèi)部知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的知識共享博弈機(jī)制和實(shí)現(xiàn)條件進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Knowledge is a strategic resource for organizations to seek sustained competitive advantage. In order to occupy the dominant position in the fierce competition, the organization must maintain the ability of continuous knowledge renewal and creation, which requires effective management of the organizational knowledge. Knowledge network is a new development of knowledge management theory, and plays an important role in knowledge acquisition, storage and sharing. The organization's internal knowledge network is a network formed by the knowledge of the organization and the person in possession of the knowledge, between the person and the person, between the person and the knowledge, and the connection relationship between the knowledge and the knowledge, so that the network presents complex structural features. One of the most important connection relationships among the organization's internal knowledge network is the knowledge-sharing relationship between people and people, which is not only an important factor in the formation of the knowledge network structure, but also the influence and limitation of the knowledge network structure. Based on the research results of the home and abroad, this paper establishes the model of the internal knowledge network by using the theories and methods of knowledge management theory, computer technology, complex network and so on. On the basis of this, the relationship between the structure of the knowledge network and the knowledge sharing is established by using the knowledge-sharing trust network in the internal knowledge network of the organization, and then the knowledge sharing game and the condition of realizing the high-level knowledge sharing are also studied. In this paper, a new approach is used to study the internal knowledge network and knowledge sharing in the organization, which can help to understand the organization form of the internal knowledge and the mechanism of knowledge sharing, and provide a decision-making basis for promoting the sharing of the knowledge of the organization. Based on the research of knowledge network in many fields, the concept and connotation of the knowledge network and knowledge sharing within the organization are defined, the mechanism of the internal knowledge network model of the organization is analyzed, and the construction, implementation and structure of the internal knowledge network model are put forward. The Study of the Knowledge Sharing in the Knowledge Network Structure; Based on the theory of ontology, a two-layer model of the internal knowledge network of the organization is established based on the analysis of the organizational knowledge, and the model is realized by using the ontology engineering technology, so as to obtain the organization. The model comprises a structure layer and the structure layer. the structure layer is a network structure with a human and a knowledge as a node and is an edge in various connection relation; the body layer comprises various information of the knowledge and the person in the organization, and is used for each node in the structural layer and each of the nodes Based on the complex network theory and the ontology theory, three structural analysis methods of the internal knowledge network are put forward: the basic structure analysis, the structure analysis based on the correlation path and the analysis of the knowledge community. The basic structure analysis of the internal knowledge network of the organization will organize the internal knowledge network as a simple network structure, and use the complex network theory to study the topological structure of the network; It is the extension of the concept of the path, which can take into account the influence of the knowledge on the structure by using the rich information of the body layer and the research method based on the ontology, so that the structure analysis of the internal knowledge network of the organization is more meaningful, and the knowledge community is the knowledge network in the organization Knowledge exchange and cooperation are frequent, the knowledge sharing level is higher, and the structure and work of the internal knowledge network of the organization The paper uses the method of Markov cluster to analyze the internal knowledge of the organization by taking into account the factors of structure and knowledge. In the research, the hypothesis of knowledge sharing game is gradually relaxed, and a variety of game models, including the repeated game and the evolutionary game at different limited rational levels, are applied to different network structures The paper studies the condition of knowledge sharing in order to analyze the organization's incentive strategy and organization knowledge network. The paper, taking a scientific research organization as an example, establishes the knowledge network model of internal scientific research cooperation, analyzes its structural features, and uses the methods of modeling and simulation to the internal knowledge network of the organization.
