【摘要】：正在一個(gè)單位內(nèi)部,上下級之間有可能產(chǎn)生工作上的沖突。這種沖突是正�，F(xiàn)象,一般情況下,上司不會(huì)因此對下級懷恨在心。本文所指的沖突是下級與上司帶有個(gè)人恩怨性質(zhì)的沖突。一、調(diào)適與上級沖突的三項(xiàng)基本原則這種沖突應(yīng)該如何調(diào)適?要牢記三句話,同時(shí)也是三項(xiàng)基本原則,即"純化自身顧大局,細(xì)察深思識大體,兼容自律求大同"。這三句話聽起來比較深?yuàn)W,其實(shí)意思很簡單——在與上司的沖突當(dāng)中,作為下屬,要首先檢討自己,承認(rèn)自己的
