【摘要】：國(guó)家級(jí)科技智庫(kù)的建設(shè)及科技工作者參與決策咨詢的積極性,對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家的科技進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展有著重要的意義。建設(shè)、完善科技智庫(kù)應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn):一是新概念、新思維是建設(shè)科技智庫(kù)的基礎(chǔ);二是建設(shè)科技智庫(kù)要注重專業(yè)理論的進(jìn)展;三是建設(shè)科技智庫(kù)要注重務(wù)實(shí)性;四是建設(shè)科技智庫(kù)要注重為國(guó)家的工作大局服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The construction of state-level scientific and technological think tank and the enthusiasm of scientific and technological workers to participate in decision-making consultation are of great significance to a country's scientific and technological progress and economic and social development. The following points should be paid attention to in the construction of scientific and technological think tank: first, new concept, new thinking is the foundation of building scientific and technological think tank; second, the construction of scientific and technological think tank should pay attention to the progress of professional theory; third, the construction of scientific and technological think tank should pay attention to the practicality; Fourth, the construction of scientific and technological think tanks should pay attention to the country's work for the overall interests of the service.
