【摘要】：管理咨詢業(yè)作為當(dāng)前我國的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),對國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展、企業(yè)的健康成長起到了重大作用,已經(jīng)取得了較大的發(fā)展,但影響其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)競爭力的因素很多。它是五種競爭力量相互作用的結(jié)果:潛在進(jìn)入者的威脅程度、供應(yīng)商談判力量、購買者談判力量、替代品的威脅程度、現(xiàn)有競爭者之間的競爭激烈程度,這五者構(gòu)成了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的競爭環(huán)境。文章對五個方面進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)出了其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相對強(qiáng)度變化趨勢,探索出一條適合我國國情的咨詢業(yè)發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:As a new industry in our country, management consulting industry has played an important role in the steady development of national economy and the healthy growth of enterprises, and has made great progress, but there are many factors that affect the competitiveness of its industrial structure. It is the result of the interaction of five competitive forces: the level of threat from potential entrants, the negotiating power of suppliers, the negotiating power of buyers, the threat of alternatives, the intensity of competition among existing competitors, These five constitute the competitive environment for industrial development. This paper analyzes on five aspects, summarizes the trend of relative intensity change of industrial structure, and explores a way of developing consulting industry suitable for China's national conditions.
