【摘要】：20世紀50年代,在王大珩、龔祖同等老一輩光學家的帶領(lǐng)下,長春光機所里成長出了一批杰出的應(yīng)用光學人才。隨著該研究所的分建、援建,這批人才迅速成長為系列重大光學工程研究的領(lǐng)軍人物,帶動了應(yīng)用光學學術(shù)隊伍的發(fā)展壯大。這個群體的成長,一方面得益其適合應(yīng)用光學學科發(fā)展特點的人才培養(yǎng)模式,另一方面則是國家對精密光學儀器迫切需求的大力推動。
[Abstract]:In the 1950s, under the leadership of an older generation of opticians, such as Wang Daheng and Gong Zutong, Changchun Optical Machine Institute developed a group of outstanding applied optics talents. With the establishment and assistance of the institute, this group of talents have rapidly grown into leading figures in a series of major optical engineering studies, which has led to the development and expansion of the academic team of applied optics. On the one hand, the growth of this group has benefited from the talent training model suitable for the development of optical science, on the other hand, it is the urgent demand of the state for the promotion of precision optical instruments.
