【摘要】：構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會是我國在社會經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型時期的一項重大決策,要從個人、組織、社會等方面來研究構(gòu)建和諧社會的具體條件和實現(xiàn)機制。組織健康強調(diào)通過提升內(nèi)部發(fā)展能力和適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境變化,實現(xiàn)員工滿意/健康、組織可持續(xù)發(fā)展和良好的社會效益,兼顧了員工、顧客、股東、社區(qū)等多方面的關(guān)系和利益。組織健康與社會和諧聯(lián)系緊密。
[Abstract]:The construction of a harmonious socialist society is an important decision in the period of social and economic transformation in China. It is necessary to study the concrete conditions and realization mechanism of constructing a harmonious society from the aspects of individual, organization and society. Organizational health emphasizes employee satisfaction / health through enhancing internal development ability and adapting to the changes of external environment, sustainable development of organization and good social benefits, and takes into account the relationships and interests of employees, customers, shareholders, communities and so on. Organizational health is closely related to social harmony.
