【摘要】：中國現(xiàn)代管理理論是一門獨(dú)立的綜合性、應(yīng)用性的軟科學(xué),其學(xué)科特征具有客觀性,基本理論支持在于管理與管理理論是環(huán)境的函數(shù)。特定性與限定性、理論性與應(yīng)用性、一般性與特殊性、綜合性與專門性、規(guī)范性與實(shí)證性、宏觀性與微觀性的統(tǒng)一是中國現(xiàn)代管理理論學(xué)科特征的基本方面。
[Abstract]:Chinese modern management theory is an independent comprehensive and applied soft science, its subject characteristic is objective, the basic theory support lies in that management and management theory is the function of environment. The unity of specificity and limitation, theory and application, generality and particularity, comprehensiveness and specificity, standardization and positivism, macro and microcosm are the basic aspects of the discipline characteristics of modern management theory in China.
