【摘要】：第5屆"管理學在中國"學術研討會以"經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型與管理創(chuàng)新"為大會主題,是中國管理學界在中國乃至世界經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型與管理創(chuàng)新時期的一次集體性反思與總結。結合大會報告、專題論壇討論、會議論文以及現(xiàn)場交流情況,從經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型與管理創(chuàng)新、中國本土管理理論研究、本土領導理論研究進展、政府與非營利組織管理、商業(yè)組織研究等方面對本屆研討會上的主要學術觀點進行綜述和點評。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Symposium on Management in China, with the theme of "Economic Transformation and Management Innovation", is a collective reflection and summary of Chinese management circles in the period of economic transformation and management innovation in China and the world. Combined with conference report, special forum discussion, conference papers and on-the-spot exchange, from economic transformation and management innovation, Chinese local management theory research, local leadership theory research progress, government and non-profit organization management, Business organization research and other aspects of the seminar on the main academic views are summarized and comments.
