【摘要】：現(xiàn)有研究個(gè)人隱性知識(shí)測(cè)量的文獻(xiàn),僅限于測(cè)量某一特定行業(yè)或特定階層,一般層面上個(gè)人隱性知識(shí)測(cè)量需要研究工具的創(chuàng)新和大樣本數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證.以四川、福建、吉林、上海等地二十余個(gè)組織的245名員工為被試進(jìn)行個(gè)人隱性知識(shí)的問(wèn)卷設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)查,對(duì)回收的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目分析和修訂,用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行效度檢驗(yàn),初步編制出一套能夠進(jìn)行廣泛性測(cè)量、簡(jiǎn)易有效的個(gè)人隱性知識(shí)測(cè)量工具.
[Abstract]:The existing literature on the measurement of individual tacit knowledge is limited to measuring a particular industry or class. In general, personal tacit knowledge measurement requires the innovation of research tools and the demonstration of large sample data. With 245 employees of more than 20 organizations in Sichuan, Fujian, Jilin, Shanghai, etc., as the subjects, the questionnaire design and investigation of individual tacit knowledge were carried out, the item analysis and revision of the recovered data were carried out, and the validity test was carried out with the structural equation model. A simple and effective personal tacit knowledge measuring tool has been developed.
