【摘要】：正溝通管理是組織管理工作的一項(xiàng)重要職能。加強(qiáng)組織溝通管理,有助于暢通組織內(nèi)部的信息傳遞和交流,有助于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的科學(xué)決策,也有助于快速在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和員工之間統(tǒng)一思想,形成一致的目標(biāo)和認(rèn)識(shí)。但是,機(jī)制缺陷或者人為因素的影響,往往造成組織內(nèi)部的溝通障礙,導(dǎo)致信息傳遞不暢,組織凝聚力不
[Abstract]:Positive communication management is an important function of organization management. Strengthening the management of organizational communication is helpful to the smooth information transmission and communication within the organization, to the scientific decision-making of the leaders, and to the rapid unification of ideas between the leaders and the employees, so as to form a consistent goal and understanding. However, the defects of the mechanism or the influence of human factors often lead to communication obstacles within the organization, resulting in information transmission is not smooth, organizational cohesion is not enough.
