任務(wù)復(fù)雜性下目標(biāo)差異對(duì)溝通行為和應(yīng)急合作關(guān)系的影響研究

【摘要】:合作關(guān)系質(zhì)量的高低直接影響應(yīng)急活動(dòng)的成敗,如何改善合作關(guān)系從而提高協(xié)同績(jī)效是應(yīng)急管理領(lǐng)域亟待解決的問題。本文探討組織間目標(biāo)差異對(duì)應(yīng)急合作關(guān)系的影響,并重點(diǎn)分析溝通行為和任務(wù)復(fù)雜性在以上關(guān)系中所起的中介作用及調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。通過對(duì)350位礦山救援基層應(yīng)急指揮人員的問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行層級(jí)回歸分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn):組織間目標(biāo)差異對(duì)應(yīng)急合作關(guān)系有顯著的負(fù)向影響;溝通行為在二者之間起到部分中介作用,目標(biāo)差異將促使組織采用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性溝通行為,繼而造成應(yīng)急合作關(guān)系緊張;任務(wù)復(fù)雜性分別在目標(biāo)差異與信息分享和參與之間起調(diào)節(jié)作用,應(yīng)急任務(wù)越復(fù)雜,目標(biāo)差異對(duì)信息分享與參與的影響越小。這些結(jié)論表明,高層應(yīng)急指揮人員可采用信息公告牌、制定信息溝通內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)框架、實(shí)施跨部門的整體獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)等措施來提升基層組織間的應(yīng)急溝通效率。
[Abstract]:The quality of cooperative relationship directly affects the success or failure of emergency response. How to improve the cooperative relationship and improve cooperative performance is an urgent problem in the field of emergency management. This paper probes into the influence of the goal difference between organizations on the emergency cooperative relationship, and analyzes the mediating and regulating effects of communication behavior and task complexity in the above relationships. Based on the hierarchical regression analysis of the questionnaire data of 350 mine rescue personnel, it is found that the difference of objectives between organizations has a significant negative impact on the emergency cooperation relationship; Communication behavior plays a part of intermediary role between the two, and the difference of goal will promote the organization to adopt competitive communication behavior, which will lead to emergency cooperation tension. Task complexity plays a regulating role between goal difference and information sharing and participation respectively. The more complex the emergency task, the smaller the impact of goal difference on information sharing and participation. These conclusions indicate that the senior emergency command personnel can use information bulletin board, formulate the information communication content structure frame, and implement the whole reward among departments to improve the efficiency of emergency communication among grass-roots organizations.
