國(guó)外彈性理論新進(jìn)展:團(tuán)隊(duì)彈性理論研究綜述
[Abstract]:Team resilience is the ability to resist, recover, reorganize and renew the team in the face of negative situations such as crisis and stress. The current research focuses on team resilience, structure and measurement of team resilience, and application of team resilience from the perspective of complex adaptive systems theory. In addition to continuing to explore the relationship between psychological resilience and team resilience, the relationship between team resilience and organizational elasticity, and the mechanism for enhancing team resilience, future studies should also focus on intervention and cross-cultural research. Team flexibility measurement scale and questionnaire development, and further expand the team resilience analysis methods and empirical scope.
