管理咨詢業(yè)項目經(jīng)理的勝任力研究

【摘要】:伴隨著知識經(jīng)濟時代的到來,社會變革和重組的需求越來越迫切,企業(yè)間的競爭也越來越激烈。企業(yè)作為社會經(jīng)濟體的一份子,其自身也必然發(fā)生著諸多變化以應(yīng)對前所未有的問題,當企業(yè)面臨自身能力無法解決的問題時,管理咨詢公司便是幫助企業(yè)解決問題、尋求發(fā)展的有力幫手。由此可見,管理咨詢公司在某種程度上關(guān)系到企業(yè)的存亡。 當今社會,管理咨詢等新興行業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)越來越以項目為基礎(chǔ),而管理咨詢項目經(jīng)理和他所帶領(lǐng)的團隊構(gòu)成了管理咨詢公司的競爭核心所在。因此,項目經(jīng)理的個人能力建設(shè)不僅對其所屬的管理咨詢公司有重要作用,而且對行業(yè)的發(fā)展也起著重要的推動作用。 本文結(jié)合勝任力相關(guān)理論對我國管理咨詢業(yè)項目經(jīng)理的勝任力模型進行研究,運用O*net-工作分析法、專家小組討論法確定出管理咨詢業(yè)項目經(jīng)理的勝任力模型包括知識、技能和能力三大一級指標,三大指標下又包含著十個二級要素。并通過問卷調(diào)查法得到的數(shù)據(jù)進行SPSS統(tǒng)計分析,證明該勝任力模型與項目經(jīng)理個人績效之間的關(guān)系,即證明了模型下十個勝任力二級要素指標與九大績效因子存在不同程度的相關(guān)性,從而說明所建立模型的有效性。最后,在總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出關(guān)于管理咨詢業(yè)項目經(jīng)理勝任力的研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the coming of knowledge economy era, the demand of social transformation and reorganization is more and more urgent, and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. As a member of the social economy, enterprises themselves are bound to undergo many changes to cope with unprecedented problems. When enterprises are faced with problems that can't be solved by themselves, management consulting companies help enterprises solve problems. Those who seek development have the power to help. Thus, management consulting companies to some extent related to the survival of enterprises. In today's society, the business of management consulting and other emerging industries is more and more project-based, and the management consulting project manager and his team constitute the core of the management consulting company competition. Therefore, the personal capacity-building of the project manager not only plays an important role in the management consulting company to which he belongs, but also plays an important role in promoting the development of the industry. In this paper, the competency model of project managers in management consulting industry in China is studied based on competency theory, and the competency model of project managers in management consulting industry including knowledge is determined by using Onet-work analysis method and expert group discussion method. Skill and ability three-level indicators, three indicators and contains ten secondary elements. The relationship between the competency model and the individual performance of the project manager is proved by the SPSS statistical analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey. It is proved that there are different correlations between the ten indexes of competency and the nine performance factors under the model, which shows the validity of the established model. Finally, on the basis of conclusion, the research prospect of project manager competence in management consulting industry is put forward.
