【摘要】：良好的知識(shí)組織是知識(shí)應(yīng)用的前提,是知識(shí)價(jià)值發(fā)掘的基礎(chǔ)。本文概述了知識(shí)組織的定義、研究范圍、研究方法,在實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一套基于專業(yè)體系的知識(shí)組織方法,該方法將企業(yè)內(nèi)部知識(shí)按專業(yè)體系分類,知識(shí)的各種特性附屬于各個(gè)專業(yè),建立起知識(shí)收集、整理、入庫(kù)的組織過(guò)程,且將其應(yīng)用于實(shí)際的企業(yè)知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)中,最后探討了此方法的理論和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Good knowledge organization is the premise of knowledge application and the foundation of knowledge value discovery. This paper summarizes the definition, research scope and research methods of knowledge organization. On the basis of practice, a set of knowledge organization method based on professional system is put forward. All kinds of characteristics of knowledge are attached to various specialties, and the organization process of knowledge collection, collation and storage is established, and applied to the practical enterprise knowledge management system. Finally, the theoretical and practical value of this method is discussed.
