【摘要】:正組織的成功依賴于員工的奉獻(xiàn)度。然而,當(dāng)員工環(huán)顧四周,試圖在組織內(nèi)部尋找成功榜樣時(shí),他們找到的卻是不奉獻(xiàn)的理由。因此,管理者必須設(shè)法激勵(lì)組織里的奉獻(xiàn)者與索取者互幫互助。更為重要的是,組織要幫助奉獻(xiàn)者更有效地將他們的奉獻(xiàn)意愿付諸

However, when employees look around and try to find success models within the organization, they find reasons for not giving.
