【摘要】：正一個(gè)國家真正的崛起,不只是經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起,也不只是技術(shù)的領(lǐng)先,歸根到底,是這個(gè)國家的思想能否引領(lǐng)全球的發(fā)展。所以思想市場(chǎng)不僅是思想生產(chǎn)的載體,也是支撐國家崛起的必要條件,是具有先導(dǎo)性、引領(lǐng)性和變革性的力量。中國智庫思想市場(chǎng)的形成是決策咨詢制度不斷發(fā)展與演化的結(jié)果。隨著改革開放的日益深化和共治理念的深入人心,中國的智庫思想市場(chǎng)正在從體制內(nèi)向體制外延伸,由過去的內(nèi)參模式走向政智互動(dòng)模式,一個(gè)智庫參與
[Abstract]:The real rise of a country, not only the rise of the economy, nor is it just the technological leadership, in the final analysis, is whether the thinking of this country can lead the development of the world. Therefore, the ideological market is not only the carrier of ideological production, but also the necessary condition to support the rise of a country. It is a leading, leading and transformative force. The formation of the thought market of Chinese think-tank is the result of the continuous development and evolution of the decision-making consultation system. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the popular idea of co-governance, the ideological market of Chinese think-tank is extending from inside system to outside system, from the internal reference mode to the interaction mode of politics and intelligence, and a think-tank takes part in it.
