【摘要】：[目的/意義]對(duì)高校智庫(kù)研究人員的履歷和成果信息進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,揭示高校智庫(kù)在人才隊(duì)伍、研究特色和影響力方面的具體表現(xiàn),了解高校智庫(kù)在政府決策支持和社會(huì)輿論引導(dǎo)中發(fā)揮的作用,對(duì)如何提升高校智庫(kù)的影響力和話語(yǔ)權(quán)提供借鑒與參考,以促進(jìn)研究型大學(xué)更好地服務(wù)于國(guó)家和社會(huì)發(fā)展。[方法/過(guò)程]利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研法搜集6所高校智庫(kù)研究人員的履歷和成果信息,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)管理方法對(duì)獲取信息進(jìn)行組織和整理,借助社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)方法和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法開(kāi)展信息的歸納與分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]國(guó)內(nèi)卓越高校智庫(kù)擁有高層次教育背景和多元化任職經(jīng)歷的研究人員,其研究主題聚焦了國(guó)家發(fā)展重要戰(zhàn)略性和政策指向性問(wèn)題。同時(shí),通過(guò)多種途徑在全球范圍內(nèi)構(gòu)建自身的影響力和話語(yǔ)權(quán)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to investigate and analyze the curriculum vitae and achievement information of researchers of university think tanks, and to reveal the concrete performance of university think tanks in terms of talents, research characteristics and influence. To understand the role of university think tanks in government decision support and public opinion guidance, to provide reference and reference for how to enhance the influence and discourse power of university think tanks, in order to promote research universities to better serve for the development of the country and society. [method / process] using the method of network investigation to collect the resume and achievement information of researchers of six think tanks in colleges and universities, organizing and arranging the information obtained by the method of document management, and analyzing with the help of social network. Bibliometrics methods and statistical methods carry out the induction and analysis of information. [results / conclusion] researchers with high educational background and diversified working experience in China's excellent university think tanks focus on the important strategic and policy-oriented issues of national development. At the same time, through a variety of ways to build their own global influence and voice.
