【摘要】：本文討論了西方組織研究領(lǐng)域有關(guān)權(quán)力的問題,回顧了其中較為活躍的研究主題、理論視角和實證發(fā)現(xiàn)。本文圍繞關(guān)于組織決策和人際互動的權(quán)力實施概念框架,系統(tǒng)梳理了權(quán)力的概念內(nèi)涵,權(quán)力在組織中的來源及形成線索,權(quán)力對個人行為、人際互動以及組織決策的影響機(jī)制等方面的研究成果,并指出了未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the power issues in the field of western organizational research, reviews the more active research topics, theoretical perspectives and empirical findings. This paper focuses on the conceptual framework of power implementation on organizational decision-making and interpersonal interaction. This paper systematically combs the concept connotation of power, the origin and formation clue of power in organization, the research results of power on individual behavior, interpersonal interaction and the influence mechanism of organization decision, and points out the research direction in the future.
