【摘要】:面對(duì)當(dāng)今日益加劇的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,組織必須找到更具有成本效益的方法從組織的各個(gè)層面來提高創(chuàng)造性。組織日常創(chuàng)新較之于高層次創(chuàng)新在改善組織結(jié)果方面具有更大的潛能和更高的成本效益,因?yàn)樗陌l(fā)生是持續(xù)不斷的、高頻率的和全員參與的。而組織日常創(chuàng)新的培養(yǎng)顯然更依賴于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干預(yù),相匹配的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為和技能在培養(yǎng)組織日常創(chuàng)新和高層次創(chuàng)新方面發(fā)揮著獨(dú)一無二的作用。
[Abstract]:In the face of today's increasingly competitive environment, Organizations must find more cost-effective ways to increase creativity at all levels of the organization. Daily innovation has greater potential and cost-effectiveness in improving organizational results than high-level innovation. Because its occurrence is continuous, high frequency and full participation, and the training of daily innovation of the organization is obviously more dependent on leadership intervention, Matched leadership behavior and skills play a unique role in fostering organizational daily and high-level innovation.
