【摘要】：通過現(xiàn)象驅動型案例研究方法,描述了史密斯公司在超越外部邊界、水平邊界、垂直邊界以及心理邊界的無邊界管理中,團隊知識整合、團隊權力配置及其兩者協(xié)同演化的過程。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),團隊知識整合圍繞邊界創(chuàng)新、整合差異和靈活互依與團隊權力配置的邊界創(chuàng)新、重構秩序和動態(tài)分布在利基、制度和景觀3個層面逐步實現(xiàn)協(xié)同。鑒于此,在組織無邊界化推進過程中,為了適應知識分散性和異質(zhì)性的特點,團隊權力分布于團隊成員中,這種權力配置方式反過來促進了知識快速有效整合。研究結果對組織更好地應對變化多端的外部環(huán)境,充分整合內(nèi)部資源,提高和保持自身競爭力具有較好的理論意義和現(xiàn)實啟示。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a phenomenon-driven case study method is used to describe the integration of team knowledge across the external, horizontal, vertical and psychological boundaries in Smith's team knowledge integration. It is found that team knowledge integration revolves around boundary innovation, integrates differences and flexible interdependence with team power allocation boundary innovation, reconstructs order and dynamically distributes in niche. In view of this, in order to adapt to the characteristics of knowledge dispersion and heterogeneity, team power is distributed among team members in the process of organizational boundary-free advancement. This power allocation approach, in turn, promotes the rapid and effective integration of knowledge. To improve and maintain their own competitiveness has good theoretical significance and practical enlightenment.
