組織性格研究述評與展望

【摘要】:組織性格是組織內(nèi)不同個體共有的、可以被外界識別的個性特征,是組織間的關(guān)鍵差異之一,也是分析和預測組織行為的重要理論視角。鑒于此,基于文獻研究,首先對比分析了組織性格的概念內(nèi)涵,總結(jié)了組織性格的結(jié)構(gòu)類型;然后,評介了組織性格的測量工具,以及系統(tǒng)歸納了組織性格的形成機制、影響因素和影響效果;最后,對現(xiàn)有研究進行述評,并在此基礎(chǔ)上展望了該領(lǐng)域未來重點研究方向。研究結(jié)果表明,未來應該重視組織性格的本土化研究、構(gòu)建組織性格權(quán)變發(fā)展模型、探索組織性格與組織績效及個體績效的跨層次作用,以及深入分析組織性格創(chuàng)新維度與中國創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Organizational character is one of the key differences among organizations and is an important theoretical perspective to analyze and predict organizational behavior, which is common to different individuals in the organization and can be recognized by the outside world. Firstly, the concept connotation of organizational character is analyzed, and the structural types of organizational personality are summarized. Then, the measurement tools of organizational personality are reviewed, and the formation mechanism, influencing factors and effects of organizational personality are systematically summarized. On the basis of the review of the existing studies, the future research directions in this field are prospected. The results show that we should pay more attention to the localization of organizational character in the future, and construct a contingent development model of organizational personality. This paper explores the cross-level role of organizational character, organizational performance and individual performance, and deeply analyzes the intrinsic relationship between organizational personality innovation dimension and Chinese innovative enterprises.
