【摘要】：智庫理論研究于20世紀(jì)70年代在西方興起,是在不同研究流派的基礎(chǔ)上逐漸發(fā)展起來的。這些流派包括多元主義、精英主義、新葛蘭西主義、制度主義等,從不同角度對智庫的屬性和功能做了解釋。西方智庫理論的發(fā)展是建立在西方政治社會體系結(jié)構(gòu)上的,強調(diào)智庫的政策屬性也強調(diào)智庫的社會功能。但是,由于智庫研究本身涉及多學(xué)科和多領(lǐng)域,智庫研究仍然表現(xiàn)出多元多維度特點,研究方法并沒有形成系統(tǒng)的體系。中國的智庫研究需要在總結(jié)西方理論的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步聚焦著力點,探索適合自己的智庫方法。
[Abstract]:In 1970s, the research on think-tank theory rose in the West and developed gradually on the basis of different schools of study. These schools include pluralism, elitist, neo-Gramsci, institutionalism, etc. This paper explains the attributes and functions of think-tanks from different angles. The development of western think-tank theory is based on the structure of western political and social system, emphasizing the policy attribute of think-tank and emphasizing the social function of think-tank. Because the research of think-tank itself involves multi-disciplinary and multi-domain, the research of think-tank still shows the characteristics of multi-dimensionality, and the research method does not form a systematic system.Think-tank research in China needs to be based on summing up western theories. Further focus on the point, to explore suitable for their own thinking tank methods.
