【摘要】：2005年始,本刊響應國家自然科學基金委員會管理科學部的號召,設(shè)立了"中國管理論壇"欄目(2008年3月改為"管理學在中國"欄目),推出了以"中國·實踐·管理"為主線,以推動管理學在中國的發(fā)展為目標的編輯宗旨,率先為中國管理學者交流和展示在理論創(chuàng)新和本土實踐研究方面的成果提供了值得注目的學術(shù)園地。斗轉(zhuǎn)星移,12年后的2017年新年伊始,本刊又在"爭鳴與反思"版面下首設(shè)"煮茶問道·本土管理研究論壇"專欄,并邀請北京師范大學趙向陽博士擔綱該欄目主持,這是對我刊一直以來關(guān)注和助力中國本土管理研究工作的一個有益的補充和推進。"煮茶問道"源自趙向陽博士發(fā)起的推動本土管理研究和教育的一個學術(shù)交流活動,在國內(nèi)管理學界產(chǎn)生了一定的反響,值得稱道和鼓勵。中國本土管理研究是一項偉大的事業(yè),本刊愿意繼續(xù)為此搭建良好的學術(shù)交流平臺,還將陸續(xù)開設(shè)不同形式的有特色的專欄,誠邀有興趣的學者擔任欄目主持,匯聚各方同道的智慧和力量,百花齊放、百家爭鳴;同時,更要時不我待,百舸爭流,共同將有關(guān)工作有序推進。我們相信,中國本土管理研究一定大有可為,心懷責任感和使命感的中國管理學者和中文管理學術(shù)期刊將為此矢志不渝,奮勇前行!
[Abstract]:Since 2005, in response to the call of the Ministry of Management Science of the National Natural Science Foundation Committee of the people's Republic of China, the journal has set up the "China Management Forum" column (changed to "Management in China" column in March 2008), with "China, practice and Management" as the main line. The editorial aim of promoting the development of management in China, Taking the lead in providing a remarkable academic garden for Chinese management scholars to exchange and demonstrate their achievements in theoretical innovation and local practical research, 12 years after the beginning of the new year in 2017, We also set up a special column on "Tea making: local Management Research Forum" under the page of "contention and reflection", and invited Dr. Zhao Xiangyang of Beijing normal University to chair the column. This is a useful supplement to and contribution to the research work of local management in China, which has been paid close attention to by our journal all along. "Tea making" originated from an academic exchange activity initiated by Dr. Zhao Xiangyang to promote local management research and education. The research on local management in China is a great undertaking, and our journal is willing to continue to build a good platform for academic exchange for this purpose. In addition, various forms of special columns will be set up one after another, and interested scholars will be invited to host the columns, bringing together the wisdom and strength of all parties in the same way, letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend. At the same time, it is even more necessary to wait for the time, and all the ships will compete for the flow. We believe that there is a lot to be done in the study of local management in China, and that Chinese management scholars and Chinese academic journals with a sense of responsibility and mission will make unswerving efforts to move forward!!!
