【摘要】：正規(guī)范商業(yè)倫理已成為社會經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型過程中迫切需要解決的問題,也成為了組織倫理理論研究的焦點。某種意義上,社會經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型也是道德規(guī)范和倫理行為的調(diào)整、重構(gòu)和適應(yīng)過程。在倫理行為規(guī)范的嬗變和重構(gòu)過程中,可能會使人們出現(xiàn)倫理判斷和行為方面的困惑與混亂,進而造成倫理違背事件的發(fā)生。~(1)根據(jù)MacIntyre等的觀點,現(xiàn)代社會的倫理危機已不單發(fā)生在倫理準(zhǔn)則上,更多發(fā)生在倫理信念和對倫理規(guī)范的認知上,不是發(fā)生在"我們應(yīng)當(dāng)遵守什么樣的倫理"上,而是發(fā)生在"我們?yōu)槭裁匆欢ㄒ袷貍惱硪?guī)范"
