【摘要】：領地行為研究最初源于動物行為領域,近期才引入到組織行為研究中。領地被定義為個體或者群體感覺到具有一定控制權(quán)的對象物。領地行為則是指個體或群體從事的與領地相關(guān)的各種行動,其目的是為了主張、宣示、維系、鞏固、保護以及擴大其對領地的控制權(quán)。領地行為有別于組織政治行為。盡管有一些研究已涉及領地行為的分類、測量,但目前領地理論尚未形成完整體系。未來研究應進一步拓展、延伸領地行為構(gòu)念;對領地行為的前因、后果進行全面實證研究;并可將領地視角擴展至其他研究領域。
[Abstract]:The study of territorial behavior originated in the field of animal behavior. Domain is defined as the object of which individuals or groups feel some control. Territorial behavior refers to various actions that individuals or groups engage in in relation to territories, the purpose of which is to claim, Claims, maintains, consolidates, protects and extends control over territories. Territorial behavior is different from organizational political behavior. Although some studies have covered the classification and measurement of territorial behavior, However, at present, the theory of territory has not yet formed a complete system. The future research should be further expanded to extend the structure of territorial behavior; to conduct a comprehensive empirical study of the former causes and consequences of territorial behavior; and to expand the territorial perspective to other research fields.
